RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Physical items that are already in existence and are available for local pick-up or for sale at our pop-up gallery may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase, provided the item has not been damaged.

All other products, such as art prints, coasters, etc., are produced specifically for your order; therefore, they are non-refundable unless there is a specific defect. Once an Order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If you believe your Order is defective, you must contact us directly within15 days of receiving it and provide a detailed description of the problem. Upon request, you may need to also provide a photo or video that shows the problem. We will determine if you are eligible to receive a free of charge reprint or refund.

Some issues do not qualify for reprints or refunds. We are not responsible for incorrect shipment information or mistaken orders of the wrong size. You are responsible for ensuring that the specified delivery address is valid and accurate. If it is not, you can request a reshipment or cancellation of the order, but all costs associated with reshipment and/or cancellation will be charged to you.
If your order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact us, and we will investigate the cause for the delay. If the order has been lost, we will provide replacements when appropriate. If you have not received your order in 30 calendar days, you must contact us within 33 days of the order date in order to be eligible for a reprint/refund. If tracking of an Order states that it has been delivered, yet you report it as not received, we may provide a Reprint or a Refund, at our discretion, after investigating the matter.
The Production times listed on the Website are estimated average times and are not guaranteed. An Order can also be delayed due to delays from shipping carriers. We cannot guarantee precise delivery dates on shipping, as it is dependent on the shipping carriers. Consequently, we assume no liability associated with delay and do not offer any Reprints and/or Refunds caused by shipping delays, unless we determine that the package was lost in-transit.
We will issue a Refund or Reprint, if the reasons for the defect in the item are due to issues in the artwork file or are, in some way, due to our own error.
